This Is A Demo Of A Simple Call Center Type
Application.
An Operator Logs In To
The System With Using Their Extension Number
The Extension Number Can Be A Soft Phone
On The Desktop, A Cell Phone Or Land-Line Number.
When A Party Calls In To The Call Center
The Call Is Transferred To That Operator's
Extension.
Based On The Inbound Caller ID,
(Or Information Prompted By An IVR),
The Customer's Account Info Is
Loaded Automatically From A MySQL
Database To The Browser Window
Via AJAX
The Application Is Written In PERL,
And Uses Asterisk And A MySQL Backend.
