Data Entry App
This Application Uses Data Entry Pages Written In HTML.
The Forms Have Dynamic Elements That Act Or Adjust Based
On Input. Fixed-With Entry Elements Advance Automatically,
And Input Sections Adjust Dynamically Based On Various
Criteria.
The CGI Scripts Are Written In Bourne Shell, And
Access A MySQL Backend For Data Entry And Retrieval.
The Application Has Two "Modes": Entry Mode, And Edit
Mode. In Entry Mode The Forms Appear Blank To
Create A New Record
In Edit Mode, An Existing Record Is Pulled From The Database,
And Used To Pre-Populate The Form Elements.
The Application Can Use RTF Files As Pre-Printed
Forms To Load With Data For Printout, And Can Output
Both RTF And PDF Files.
More Than 7000 Lines Of Code.
